Total estimated refund time: Up to 5 business days. If your refund has not appeared within 7 business days, contact your bank first, then email support@quasarys.com.
If the original card has expired, your bank typically routes the refund to your updated card per their policies.
If you suspect a billing error, contact us first so we can investigate. Unjustified chargebacks may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or ineligibility for future purchases. We will cooperate with payment processors and provide documentation when disputes arise.
