If delivery fails, the package may be held at a local facility or returned to us.
A package may be returned if the address is incorrect, recipient unavailable, package unclaimed, or delivery refused. In these cases:
Customers must ensure accuracy of name, street address, apartment/suite number, city, state, ZIP code, email and phone number.
We cannot refund or replace packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays may occur due to carrier network congestion, weather issues, natural disasters, seasonal peaks (Black Friday, Christmas), customs or security checks for APO/FPO, or errors by third-party carriers.
We will assist you in coordinating with carriers when necessary.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or solution depending on the severity.
Missing Packages (Marked Delivered but Not Received)
Before contacting us, please check with neighbors or front desk, look around your property, wait 24 hours for late carrier scanning, and contact the carrier. If still unresolved, we will help file a support inquiry with the carrier.
Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Orders with multiple products may ship separately due to inventory location, weight/size requirements, or carrier limitations.
You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.
Products listed as pre-order or backorder will display an estimated availability date.
Shipping begins only after the items are restocked and follows the same timelines:
