At Quasarys, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify their orders. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible while ensuring timely processing and fast shipping.
This Cancel & Change Order Policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and limitations for modifying or canceling an order placed on quasarys.com. It applies to all orders shipped within the 50 U.S. states and processed using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once processing begins, cancellation or modifications are no longer guaranteed.

How to Request Cancellation

If shipped, you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return per our Return & Refund Policy.
We support changes whenever possible, depending on the processing stage.
Changes must be requested before processing begins.
Address corrections must be submitted immediately.

Once an order has shipped:

If an item becomes unavailable before processing:
If duplicate orders were placed, notify us immediately. We will cancel and refund the extra order if it has not shipped.
Mistakes like wrong size, variant, or quantity must be reported within 12 hours.
